This website is owned and operated by 6th & Big Beauty Bar Co.. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors information on services offered in our salon and an option to book services, along with options to purchase items and gift certificates sold within our store. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

PRIVACY POLICY

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

 

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal

information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY

6th & Big standard return policy is 30 days from the date you received merchandise to notify us of a refund request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in with all original purchase tags attached to items. All items will be inspected upon return. Upon inspection and approval, a full refund will be issued within 7-10 business days. All SALE items are final, but may be exchanged for a different size only. All shipping fees for normal return/exchange apply. Purchased Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-refundable, provided, however, that if a Gift Card does not function, we may, in our sole discretion replace it. If you would like to cancel an order please email us as soon as possible via email at 6thandbig@gmail.com and we will do our best to immediately refund if the order has not already been shipped.

FULFILLMENT/SHIPPING POLICY

6th & Big uses at its discretion mainly UPS service and also FedEx and USPS for all shipments within the U.S.

All orders will generally ship within 2-3 business day from the day of order placement. During peak times orders may take 4-5 business days to ship from the day of order placement.

Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. 

  • Orders placed over a weekend will ship the following business day.

  • All delivery times are based on business days.

  • UPS carrier not ship to PO Boxes or Freight Forwarders, please be minded during placing the order, especially with expedited services.

  • Delivery address changes after an order has already submitted is not guaranteed, customer will be responsible for shipping fees associated with returning all items send to the wrong address.

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays or lost, theft, or misdirected shipments by the carrier

Carriers are no longer offering guaranteed delivery for any expedited service chosen and will not provide refunds should a package not arrive according to the service chosen.
